Return Instructions & Restocking Fee

You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Before returning your item(s), please make sure that:

  • The items have not been used or washed
  • All original tags are attached
  • The items are packed in their original packaging

Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and sent via a trusted courier. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after the return has been received.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@mewelondon.com and include the details of the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges can be arranged within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and has all original tags attached. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Order Cancellations and Damaged Items

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mewelondon.com. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, email support@mewelondon.com right away with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review promptly and arrange the correct item or an appropriate replacement.
