Important Information

  • Shipping Time: 4–6 days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Free Delivery: Available for all orders within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email. Processing usually requires 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your shipment has been sent out, you’ll get another email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery. The estimated delivery time is around 4–6 working days (Monday to Friday).

Possible Delays
Although we strive to provide timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to external circumstances. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please allow up to 3 extra business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn’t been received after this period, please contact us at support@mewelondon.com so we can look into the matter further.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@mewelondon.com.
Kindly note that cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or one that doesn’t match your order, please email us immediately at support@mewelondon.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement.
