I TRIED IT ON — CAN I STILL RETURN IT?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, as long as items are not used or washed, have all original tags attached, and are packed in the original packaging.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND HIT MY ACCOUNT AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method and is usually processed within 7 days after the return has been received.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Email support@mewelondon.com as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo of what you received. If an item is incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange the correct item or a replacement.
